30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Waterwheel Village, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason. This applies to both the monthly plan and the six-month plan.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To ask for one, go to paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at aaron.hakso@gmail.com and we'll arrange it.

Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from "Payment details" on the Join page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
